How do I create a website from Scratch?
Define your purpose and goals for a

successful Online Presence.

Alright fellow enthusiast. Get ready as we delve into the magic of crafting your very own online abode. Building a website is not just about codes and designs, it's about giving life to your unique presence in the vast digital universe. Where it seems that we all,
are going in the near future.

I just can't stop touching this subject. Everyone should have their own website. I knew it and felt it from when we all started using facebook, almost 20 years ago. I see it this way: Your website is going to be your personal visit card, your identification card. The digital id. A website is going to be where people land to know who you are or what you offer. Not everyone should and must have it. I believe there are gonna be

many technological changes that are going to push us into the future in a technological landscape where, maybe the first step is to introduce yourself with a website.

Why is it important you may think? For one simple reason and there are many simple reasons.
I'm gonna tell you how I see it. This last summer I needed a plumber for a small leak I had in my kitchen. I Googled plumber in the area and I had 10 results coming up in google and no one, I mean none of the 10 had a website. I was mind blown. I mean NOONE. How is this possible? And this was back in the year of 2023. Do you see where I'm heading? The future moves at the speed of light and people need to process things and new ideas and new worldly landscapes and the process takes time.

So back when I was looking for a plumber. I just needed to get my breath, I couldn't believe it. That no one of them had a website. It ended up with me asking my neighbour and she asking her husband and we having a great chat over some coffee and tea while he fixed the small leak i had in the kitchen sink. I didn't call any of the 10 plumbers who showed up in the search list. This is the importance of having a website. I needed to know who the company was, who was going to come to my house and help me with a problem. If they have had made the effort to create, build or pay someone to do a website for them, then they find their business important in some small part of the ladder of being serious and understanding the new modern world. Anyone can create a google account and put out their phone number.

That is not good enough.

That was an example and I can tell you I have many of these. The first thing I do whenever I need help, a service or going to buy something online. I look up if they have a website. Then the website must align with what they are offering. That's another subject I will write about.

That is one reason among thousands. The “whys” to have a website are as many as there are people in the world. Billions.

I have made a list of 10, which I will be covering in the future and you can find them on my website.

So maybe you are somewhere understanding that yes, a website is not a bad idea and that is something I could benefit from.
Now you need to ask yourself, what is the purpose of a website? For me personally. Asking yourself that question can take you to

deeper levels, but the question in itself is as much as important as it is for you as it is for your business.

Let's start here:

Understanding your purpose

Your website is your Canva. An empty space waiting for your stroke of purpose. So let's start at the core.
Why are you entering into the digital world? Share your thrilling adventures, Showcase your exquisite craftsmanship,
or maybe kick start a business empire? Your website's purpose is its heartbeat, the soul that defines its existence.

Finding this purpose is like uncovering the essence of your online identity. Are you here to express yourself,

connect with like minded souls or pave the way for a thriving business venture? This clarity is the foundation upon which
your digital presence stands. Remember, Your website's purpose is what makes it resonate in the vastness of the internet.

Setting your Goals is the next step after knowing your purpose.

Setting your Goals

Now that your website has a heartbeat, let's talk about the road map. The goals that will shape your digital journey. Imagine your website
as your personal world. And every adventure needs goals. These Goals are like checkpoints, guiding you through the exciting landscape
of the digital realm.

Whether it's aiming for a certain number of readers and comments on your blogpost or envisioning a specific sales target for your

unique handmade craft, these are your website's goals. They give directions to your digital adventures, making it a purposeful and
rewarding experience.

Think of your goals of the pit stops on a road trip. They add excitement, direction and a sense of achievement to your website's journey.

It is not about complicating things, it's about giving your website a friendly gps to navigate the vast online landscape.

So as you embark on this digital adventure, let your purpose be the driving force behind every choice, from content creation to design.

And those Goals? They are thrilling milestones that make your website journey extraordinary.
Embrace the journey and let your digital presence shine.

Until next time, stay safe and take care!
